As the founder of in90group, Chris Watson delivers expertise gained through 25 years of architecting and executing growth strategies for software and services companies.  With deep domain expertise in healthcare IT, Chris has a proven track record of equipping companies with go-to-market strategies and tactics that increase market relevance and quickly drive revenue growth.

After experiencing the unique challenges that high-growth companies face as they work to evolve their businesses, without jeopardizing existing revenue streams or dampening their entrepreneurial spirit, Chris created in90group.  By delivering actionable, evidence-based blueprints within 90 days, in90group helps companies jump-start their go-to-market strategies and create larger-than-life product and company brands.

Prior to founding in90group, Chris served as chief operating officer and chief marketing officer of Brightree, a SaaS-based healthcare IT software company.  Chris architected and executed the company’s marketing, sales, M&A and product growth strategies that resulted in growth from $27M to $100M in only four years.  She has also served various other global marketing and sales leadership roles in both large, publicly traded organizations and small start-up companies.

In 2012, Watson was awarded CMO of the Year by the Technology Alliance of Georgia (TAG), and in 2014, she was named a Women of the Year finalist by Women in Technology (WIT), which recognizes women leaders who have demonstrated success in both their professional careers and community endeavors.
