As a member of the Porter Analytic Research Team, Catharine brings over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare information technology. Catharine has held positions in market research, project management and implementation, product development and customer service. Catharine is a highly adaptable, process oriented professional with outstanding analytic, communication and problem solving skills. She has been consistently recognized for a highly inclusive work style and the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels of an organization.
Prior to joining Porter Research, Catharine held research management positions at HIMSS Analytics, GE Healthcare and IDX Systems Corporation where the scope of research projects included voice of the customer, win/loss analysis, health care information technology strategy, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. In these roles, Catharine was responsible for in-depth qualitative telephone interviews with C* suite and other key decision makers, instrument design, project and client relationship management, data analysis and reporting.
Catharine received a master of arts degree in Psychology from Wesleyan University.
